DAY 1 STONE TOWN MARINA
5 PM Arrival at Marina. Dinner after the arrival.
First night is spent on-board in the marina, though if late afternoon conditions are calm and all guest have arrived, we will head to the nearest of the islands off Stone Town.
Safety briefing conducted by the captain, including instructions on how to wear life jackets, use fire extinguishers, and an overview of the rules on board the catamaran
Overnight stay on the catamaran
DAY 2 MENAI BAY /15 NM – 3 HOURS SAILING
09:00 Breakfast followed by Cruise and safety briefing and then we head south to the Menai Bay Conservation area where will explore various islands, and sand banks, swim will dolphins and relax.
Night on anchor at Kwale Island.
DAY 3 PRISON ISLAND - SANDBANK - STONE TOWN - FORODHANI PARK /15 NM - 3 HOURS SAILING
After Breakfast or depending on tide we depart north for islands and sandbank of the coast of Stone Town.
This will be a day spent relaxing, swimming, visiting the Changuu Island (Prison Island) Giant Tortoise Sanctuary (entry fee to guests account) as well as the Pange or Murogo sand banks.
At around 18:00 we return to Stone Town for sunset. In the evening, you will get a chance to explore Stone Town and enjoy drinks as well as dinner at the famous Forodhani street food market.
You will return to the yacht in the evening and while you are sleeping, the yacht will cruise across the Zanzibar channel to the Saadani National Park.
DAY 4 SAFARI AT SAADANI
7 am to 6 pm – full day (The safari is 300 USD pp payable on the day)

Early breakfast followed by 7 am, pick up by 4x4 on the beach for a morning game drive. Game drive is from 8 to 11 am. approx

From 11:00-15:00 you will enjoy a boat safari where there is a chance to see crocodiles, hippos. Enjoy a packed lunch back on the boat.

From 15:00 - 18:00 another game drives and return to the beach where the yacht is waiting for you.

Dinner on board yacht and an overnight sail to Northern Zanzibar and Kendwa Beach

Safari is an optional excursion based on a min of 4 guests booking to do it.
DAY 5 TUMBATU - NUNGWI – KENDWA
After breakfast, we head for Tumbatu Island for a morning of snorkelling in clear waters. At Lunchtime, we return to Kendwa Beach.
We will anchor in Kendwa beach, where guests can enjoy optional activities such as jet skiing, water skiing; parasailing or guests can go ashore and enjoy the beach, as well as its bars, restaurants, and evening entertainment.
Return to the yacht for dinner or stay out and have dinner (optional at one of Kendwa restaurants)

DAY 6 MNEMBA ISLAND
After breakfast, we will take a cruise to Mnemba Island Atoll for a day or relaxing, swimming, snorkelling. There is a good chance to see dolphins and sea turtles. Guests can fish, snorkel, swim, or just relax.
We will spend the day at Mnemba Island Atoll before we return to Kendwa beach for the night.
DAY 7 STONE TOWN
After Breakfast, we take a 6-hour cruise south along the coast to Stone Town. Have lunch on board, relax, sleep, read a book.
On arrival at Stone Town, you will have the afternoon free to explore. We can recommend doing a guided walking tour of Stone Town to see the very best it has to offer, or just wander around by yourself and take it all in.
The other option is that guests can upon request, depart the yacht in the morning at Kendwa and do a full day highlights excursion on Zanzibar, to include things like Jozini Forest, the Spice farms, Monkey Sanctuary and ending at Stone Town where you will meet up with the yacht again!
Dinner on board yacht or if you choose in Stone Town at one of its many restaurants.
DAY 8 DEPART
Have your last on-board Breakfast and Checkout at 9:00 am for transfer to your onward destination.
Due to weather and safety considerations, the route maybe amended at the captain's decision.
SAADANI NATIONAL PARK - WHERE BEACH MEETS BUSH
At Saadani National Park, where beach and bush wilderness meet you can enjoy both the large deserted beaches and the safari wildlife Africa - where you can encounter elephants walking on the beach.
Saadani National park is relatively unknown, but on a game drive you will get a chance to see lions, African bush elephants, Cape buffalo, leopards as well as more common animals such as giraffes, hartebeasts, waterbucks, wildebeest, porcupine, warthogs and many monkey and bird species.
On a Boat safari, you can explore the Wami River, a paradise for bird lovers and nature lovers. The Wami River is an example of overwhelming natural beauty, full of birds and wildlife. You will also see groups of hippos, many crocodiles, osprey, colobus monkeys and dozens of bird species.
It is a wonderful experience to be able to anchor the yacht right off the beach, and then go ashore, and enjoy a classic African safari!
