Oceans Islands & Safaris of Africa acts solely as an independent yacht charter agent and broker. We do not own or operate yachts. We specialise in matching clients with carefully selected, independent yacht owners and yacht fleet operators, who remain fully responsible for the vessel, crew, safety, and delivery of all charter services.

Agency & Legal Notice (South Africa / International Alignment)

Oceans Islands & Safaris of Africa, trading as East Africa Yacht Charters, acts solely as an independent yacht charter agent and booking intermediary. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any yachts or vessels.

Our role is limited to arranging bookings and introducing clients to independent yacht owners and fleet operators (“Suppliers”), who are solely responsible for the vessel, crew, safety, maintenance, itineraries, and the delivery of all charter services.
 

All bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions as agent, together with the Supplier’s Terms & Conditions as the service provider. By accepting a quote, confirming a booking, or making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by both sets of terms. Supplier terms will be provided and should be reviewed carefully, as they govern cancellations, amendments, liabilities, and operational matters.

All prices quoted or displayed are indicative only and provided in good faith. Pricing may vary due to availability, travel dates, number of guests, currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or errors and omissions. Quotes do not constitute a confirmed booking. No travel services are secured until full payment has been received and confirmed in writing.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided, details remain subject to change beyond our control. To the extent permitted under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and applicable international law, we do not accept liability for errors, omissions, or changes made by third-party suppliers. Errors and omissions excepted.
